SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Monday 9:30am
Thursday 9:30am & 6:30pm

Sunday 9am & 10:20am
Way more than just a fitness class. These classes are based on fun, inclusion and building a functional level of fitness for everyday life and your athletic endeavours.
Maximum 12 athletes per session.
lift & shift
Monday 6pm
Specifically designed to target strength and power movements. This is a perfect addition to compliment your current JERK programme and give you that extra edge.
beach sessions
Tuesday 7am & 9:30am
Thursday 7am
Held in our stunning fitness facility, offering fresh air, stunning views and the occasional seagull, these sessions are not only a great workout but an experience definitely worth getting sandy for.
friday nights
Friday 6pm
Our winter programming see us tackle a strength based session. Its as tough as you make it with levels for everyone. Come and see how you get on with our WODS designed to test you on a Friday Night.
jerk seniors
Monday & Weds 7:20pm
This gang of athletes train together using these sessions as prep for upcoming comps. Please ask if you're interested to see if it's suitable!

INFORMAL GROUP RUNS, SWIMS & RIDEOUTS
Amongst our scheduled classes and events we will be sprinkling in run groups, swims and rideouts. Don't forget you'll always find another Jerk at Parkrun on a Saturday too! Got an activity you'd like to share with others? Let us know. Bobsledding was even brought up last week...
WORKSHOPS, TUTORIALS & SPECIFIC SESSIONS
We are developing more and more guides to help you with your training and the balance of it with real life. Bring on the spring where we will be looking to bring you more sessions & workshops to help you get the most out of your training.

Want to train with us 1 session a week? Great. See you there at the session of your choosing. To include SGPT, Beach Sessions, Lift & Shift & Friday Nights.
unlimited weekly sessions - £14 per week
Train with us as much as you wish. We'll be out, 365 make the most of it and join us. To include SGPT, Beach Sessions, Lift & Shift & Friday Nights.
PART TIME JERK - 4 sessions a month - £8 per week
Can't commit to every week. Yep, we get it. Use this as a way to spread it across the weeks. To include SGPT, Beach Sessions, Lift & Shift & Friday Nights.
