"From my point of view, I was dealing with the reality of not only the loss of my health and well-being but also the hard fact that I didn't recognise the person I had become, and I had no idea how to move past that. I certainly didn't have the confidence to march into a gym or exercise class. Sadly due to circumstances completely out of my control, I had lost the Emma l once knew and loved, and in her place was a girl fighting for her life daily for the sake of her children and husband. It's so strange to think a small amount of kindness and encouragement in the right setting can set a person on a course to better things, but that's exactly what happened to me when a group of mums agreed to meet and train with Matt and Jon once a week in the middle of winter on a muddy road overlooking Woolacombe beach."


"However, something in me stopped that from happening. I realised it was the JERK in me. All those weeks and months of training had brought me to this moment. The moment where I'm on my own with nowhere to hide, and I can see fully for myself the growth that has taken place within me. Yes, I'm last, yes, I have a long road ahead of me, and still so much work to be done, but l'm here, l've taken some steps, and I'm FINALLY off the starting line!! After so many failed attempts, it clicked that I was making progress and showing up for myself and, in turn, for my family."

SMALL GROUP TRAINING


Monday 9:30am

THURSDAY 9:30AM & 6:30PM

Way more than just a fitness class. These classes are based on fun, inclusion and building a functional level of fitness for everyday life and your athletic endeavours.

LIFT & SHIFT

Monday 9:30AM & 6pm

Specifically designed to target strength and power movements. This is a perfect addition to compliment your current JERK programme and give you that extra edge. 

BEACH SESSIONS 

Tuesday 7am & 9:30am 

Thursday 7am

Held in our stunning fitness facility, offering fresh air, stunning views and the occasional seagull, these sessions are not only a great workout but an experience definitely worth getting sandy for. 

FRIDAY NIGHTS

Friday 6pm

Our winter programming see us tackle a strength based session WORKOUTS. Its as tough as you make it with levels for everyone. Come and see how you get on with our WODS designed to test you on a Friday Night.

JERK SENIORS

Monday  7:20pm

WEDNESDAY 7:20PM


This gang of athletes train together using these sessions as prep for upcoming comps. Please ask if you're interested to see if it's suitable!

It's not always about training. Honest! Throughout 2024 & 2025 we will looking to bring you more and more social events.

Oh boy have we got some good plans for you for THE 2024 & 2025 SEASON! We are currently finalising a calendar of dates and when we do can reveal all the things we have lined up for you!

We are developing more and more guides to help you with your training and the balance of it with real life. we will be looking to bring you more sessions &  workshops to help you get the most out of your training.

Individual Chats, Group Chats, Jerk Family Chats. Theres a lot of knowledge in this group - tap into it, you'll be amazed what you might learn.

As we grow more and more as a community we will bring as many new perks to you as we can. There's a few things cooking at the moment with more to be revealed in the new year.

Ok, golden ticket may be a bit of an exaggeration but lets spread the Jerk message far and wide! Bring new Jerks along with you to a session throughout the year. Ask for more details.

1 WEEKLY SESSION - £8 per week

Want to train with us 1 session a week? Great. See you there at the session of your choosing. To include GROUP TRAINING, Beach Sessions, Lift & Shift & Friday Nights.

unlimited weekly sessions - £14 per week

Train with us as much as you wish. We'll be out, 365 make the most of it and join us. To include GROUP TRAINING, Beach Sessions, Lift & Shift & Friday Nights.

PART TIME JERK - 4 sessions a month - £8 per week

Can't commit to every week. Yep, we get it. Use this as a way to spread it across the weeks. To include GROUP TRAINING, Beach Sessions, Lift & Shift & Friday Nights.
