Just you? That's cool. Personal Training is a great tool to get you where you want to be.
I'm here to help, with personalised sessions & ideas for in between the times we're together.
There's plenty more too in it for you including but not limited to advice on all sorts of topics, bad jokes, tea, coffee and the occasional cake.
1:2 training
Got a spouse/ sister/ brother/ mother/ co-worker that wants in too?
Great! 2 can be a winner for staying on track and giving you some accountability along the way.
You can either be jointly present for each session or a mixture of individual and dual sessions within your time spent with me.

It's all about you
Yep. That's right, You deserve some time for you.
If you're not running at 100% those around you are going to feel it too.
A good start is to get some oxygen in those lungs while we chat about whats brought you to this point and where you want to go next.
We'll talk about all those British things like the weather, recycling and the royal family. Once thats covered we can move onto discussing you and your general health, fitness level, work/life balance and nutrition.
If there's time left over we can move onto the heavy stuff like politics, religion and love island.
All of this leaves us able to paint a picture of how things are now, where you'd like them to be and to make a plan of how to get there.
training
Here we go.
Your sessions will be based on you and your ability.
They will be designed to progress over time as you improve along the way in more ways than you can imagine.
Improvement is not linear - life throws in hiccups but we can work around these safe in the knowledge we are heading to where you want to be.
The sessions themselves are designed to be fun & sweaty whilst giving you the opportunity to take on new information and ask as many questions as you can. Though, maybe wait until the end when you've caught your breath.
TRAINING AGAIN
Yep, thats right.
One session isn't going to cut it.
You're going to need to do this again and again. And probably again after that. Your training sessions can be block booked so you know what lies ahead.
