FRIDAY NIGHTS


Friday Nights is based on the 

social enjoyment of starting the weekend.


A time based session designed to get you moving and completed in time to get back for that Friday night feeling. 

The session is designed to keep you working using carefully selected resistance and bodyweight exercises.

The workout is designed at varying weights & difficulty giving everyone the ability to train side by side and to their own level.

We think it's a great way to start the weekend, come along and see what you think.

WHAT TO EXPECT at a jerk session


Please arrive ready to go before 
the session start time where you will be greeted with a warm welcome from the Jerk family.

Wear suitable footwear, clothing 
and bring a drink.

All sessions are designed to be 
wrapped up within 1 hour.

Within this time we will go through a warm up, main session & cool down.

In bodyweight sessions there will most likely be burpees, squats, push ups as well as other functional fitness movements you may be used to and a potentially a few new ones too. 

In our equipment based sessions expect battleropes, kettlebells, bumper plates, dumbbells, and skipping ropes to name a few. 
That’s before we even get to the keg lifting and tyre flipping.

Throw into the mix running on the sand & sand dunes and there you have a Jerk training session!

All sessions are designed to individually push you all within a positive and encouraging environment. 

You can modify, scale and rest as you need to. We will be there to help every step of the way.

THE SAND IS OUR SUPER POWER.


IF YOU HAVEN'T TRIED TRAINING ON THE SAND BEFORE, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. 


WE ARE PARTICULARLY FOND OF OUR STRETCH OF SAND AND DUNES THAT FALL RIGHT ON OUR DOORSTEP. WE TRAIN ON THE SAND ALL YEAR ROUND, BECUASE GIVEN A CHOICE - WHY WOULDN'T YOU?

MARINE DRIVE HAS BEEN THE GO TO SPOT FOR JERK FOR OUR FUNCTIONAL TRAINING SESSIONS. FRESH AIR, SEA VIEWS AND THE PORTHOLE A STONES THROW AWAY FOR A COFFEE AFTER. 

WE TRULY ARE SPOILT WITH SUCH A WONDERFUL SPOT TO TRAIN.

winter 2024 sees us heading up the hill to damage barton for our training. 

WITH SEA VIEWS THAT GO ON FOR MILES, on site parking AND OODLES OF SPACE wherever you turn. THERE'S A great training surface and plenty of running trails TO BE EXPLORED. FUN TIMES AHEAD FOR SURE.
