HYBRID TRAINING IS A WAY TO COMBINE VARYING ELEMENTS OF TRAINING.
WE FOCUS ON STRENGTH WORK, FUNCTIONAL FITNESS, CARDIO AND ENDURANCE ACTIVITIES. BY SHIFTING AWAY FROM A SINGLE FOCUS WE ARE ABLE TO USE VARYING TECHNIQUES TO CREATE AN ALL ROUND ATHLETE READY FOR ANYTHING.

THESE SESSIONS ARE CREATED IN 6 WEEK BLOCKS FOR YOU TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS AND DEVELOP SKILLS AIMED AT GETTING STRONGER AT YOUR OWN LEVEL.

WE USE THESE SESSIONS TO PREPARE FOR SUPERHUMAN GAMES, DEADLY DOZEN, HYROX ALONGSIDE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING AND GENERAL WELLBEING & FITNESS.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

SMALL GROUPS OF LIKEMINDED PEOPLE WANTING TO HAVE SOME FUN, GET A BIT BETTER EVERY TIME AND THEN DO IT AGAIN AND AGAIN. THESE CLASSES ARE BASED ON FUN, INCLUSION AND BUILDING A FUNCTIONAL LEVEL OF FITNESS FOR EVERYDAY LIFE AND YOUR ATHLETIC ENDEAVOURS. 

YOU'LL FIND A MIXTURE OF STRENGTH, CALISTHENICS, CARDIO AND METABOLIC CONDITIONING WORK. NO IDEA WHAT THAT SENTENCE MEANT? NOT A PROBLEM. TRY, MAKING LIFTING HEAVY THINGS EASIER, EXERCISES ONLY USING YOUR BODYWEIGHT AND CARDIO/CALORIE BURNING.

HYROX TRAINING

HYROX COMBINES RUNNING AND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS MOVEMENTS INTO A TIMED COMPETITION. THE HYROX RACE FORMAT CONSISTS OF 8 X1KM RUNS AND 8 STATIONS INCLUDING SKI ERG, SLED PUSH, SLED PULL, BURPEE BROAD JUMPS, ROW ERG, KETTLEBELL CARRY, SANDBAG LUNGES AND WALLBALLS.

OUR WORKOUTS INCORPORATE THESE MOVEMENTS AND MORE IMPROVING OVERALL STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, AND COORDINATION TO HELP PREPARE FOR RACE DAY. 

THESE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES ARE DESIGNED TO BE ACCESSIBLE TO BOTH BEGINNERS AND ELITE ATHLETES SIDE BY SIDE. 

BEACH SESSIONS

HELD IN OUR STUNNING FITNESS FACILITY, OFFERING FRESH AIR, STUNNING VIEWS AND THE OCCASIONAL SEAGULL, THESE SESSIONS ARE NOT ONLY A GREAT WORKOUT BUT AN EXPERIENCE DEFINITELY WORTH GETTING SANDY FOR. 

ALL SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED FOR ALL LEVEL OF ABILITIES TO BE ABLE TO TRAIN SIDE BY SIDE.  EVERY WORKOUT CAN BE MODIFIED/SCALED FOR YOU TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR TIME WITH US. BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES IN THE SAND. WHATS NOT TO LOVE?

I ALWAYS END UP GETTING IN THE WRONG LANE IN THE SWIMMING POOL, END UP IN THE WRONG HEAT OF RUNNERS AT RACES AND STILL NEVER END UP IN THE FAST LINE FOR SELF SERVE TILL AT TESCO. 

IF YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT JOINING A CLASS AS YOU DON'T THINK YOU'RE GOOD ENOUGH, STOP RIGHT THERE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. AT THE HEART OF EVERYTHING WE DO WE WANT IT TO BE INCLUSIVE.
